As an up-and-coming school principal, I could not have asked for a better opportunity to grow and strengthen my skills as a leader. School Leadership Alliance's work with Davis School District to create a hands-on, authentic leadership development program has changed the direction and development of my leadership career. I had the unique opportunity to experience the program, then to return and contribute to the development of a new cohort of leaders. SLA is by far the single most influential component of my development as a leader. SLA's ability to understand the vision of Davis School District and support us in developing a leadership program that fits Davis has been invaluable for me and the many other leaders in our school district.

Our Classified Employees have needed something like this for a while now. We have always trained on the physical tasks of our jobs but sometimes failed to develop leadership skills in our employees. This is a great way for the Classified employees to develop those skills, and become more marketable when it comes time for advancement opportunities. So far everyone is excited to do the training and I have heard nothing but positive things from my team, and they are always looking forward to the next lesson. I would recommend this type of training for the support staff of any school district.
